How to use LTA Rally

  • What is LTA Rally?

    LTA Rally is an easy-to-use booking tool that makes it simple for people to find and book a local tennis court. Any day, any time; there’s a court for you nearby. Whether it’s your first time, or just the first time in a while, one of your local friendly clubs or parks is ready and waiting to welcome you. No need for games, sets - or even keeping score if you don’t want to. Play your way, in your own time.

  • You can search, book and pay in a few easy steps - meaning there’s no need to phone or wait around for a court to become free. Keep track of your bookings in one place and get all the info you need to plan your visit.

  • Payment for court bookings can be made via Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard and AmEx. Additional information can be found here.

  • ClubSpark is a tennis court booking platform and online tennis venue management tool designed to make it easier for tennis clubs and other tennis court operators to manage their venue and enable its tennis courts to be booked.

  • Yes, to book a court using LTA Rally requires an account to be set up on the ClubSpark tennis booking platform. It’s quick and simple to do.

  • Once you have selected a court to book, the LTA Rally app will prompt you to set up a ClubSpark account, or you can also set up an account via the ‘sign up’ link at the top of the LTA Rally home page.

  • LTA Rally is currently available in Leeds, Manchester, Portsmouth, Richmond and their surrounding suburbs. LTA Rally will be launching in other regions across the UK in the coming weeks and months, so stand by for further announcements.

  • You can try searching by town, postcode or venue for your nearest available court. More participating venues will be added to LTA Rally in the coming weeks.

  • You can forward on your booking confirmation to friends you wish to play with. There are future plans in development to allow players to search for and invite players to play through the LTA Rally system, so look out for announcements on this later in the year.

  • The venue detail page lists all available facilities at the venue

  • Access to venue facilities will depend on each individual venue’s own policies. We suggest contacting the venue directly if you have any queries.

  • This will differ between each venue, so it is best to check directly with the venue first before you arrive on court. It is likely however that most venues will not offer the option to borrow equipment.

  • LTA Rally is planning to offer a ‘Find a coach’ booking service later in the year. In the meantime, we suggest contacting the club directly for any coaching queries, or use the LTA’s find a coach service

  • You could increase the date and time range selected to find the nearest available slot. Alternatively, you could try searching in a different nearby location.

  • You can book a court up to 14 days in advance of the desired booking slot.

  • This is determined by the individual venue, however there are no restrictions other than not being able to book further ahead than 14 days.

Managing my booking

  • You will notice on-screen confirmation that your booking has been successful, and you will also receive a confirmation booking email to the email address provided.

  • You can login to your account at any time to amend or cancel your booking. Go to ‘Upcoming bookings’.

  • You can login to your account at any time to make a booking. Go to ‘Previous bookings’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • As long as you cancel your booking within the cancellation time frame then you will receive a full refund.

  • The cancellation time frame varies depending on the tennis venue – cancellation details are shown on each tennis venue page and on the payment page.

  • You can login to your account at any time to edit or update your contact details. Go to ‘My Account’.

Issues with my booking

  • If you are using the LTA login and are experiencing difficulties. You can receive a reminder of your LTA username or reset your LTA password. If you require further assistance, email the LTA Services Team at [email protected]a.org.uk. If you are using the ClubSpark login and can’t recall your password, you can reset it here. If you require further assistance, email the ClubSpark Support Team at [email protected]

  • Please make sure to check your junk folder of the email account provided when you signed up. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact the LTA Services Team at [email protected] with the venue and booking details, or alternatively contact the venue itself.

  • The gate access code is provided within your confirmation email. Please check the junk folder of the email account provided when you signed up.   • Please refer any players on your court to the LTA Rally Court Sign which explains the booking procedures, and show them your booking confirmation.

  • Any complaint regarding the standard of a venue’s courts or facilities will need to be made directly to the venue. You will find contact details of your venue on the confirmation email.
